Steep task ahead

Presented by HASTPA

Supported by UT Edge

The ride across Sri Lanka presented by HASTPA and supported by UT Edge has finally headed into Day 6, after a much taxing Day 5 coming to an end at Baticoloa. The riders have a tough task ahead as this is the third consecutive day of covering over 100 kilometres in challenging conditions. The day will see them covering a stretch of approximately 136 kms to Trincomalee.
Vamini Sethi , a successful banker at an the Royal bank of Scotland in Gurgaon has undertaken this challenging ride accepts that there is something remarkable in every woman. Juggling between a profession and family is certainly not one of the least demanding errands. In the middle of all the juggling, numerous fantasies, goals and interests are overlooked. Furthermore, this ideology is what Vamini has made a promise to reprieve by riding across Sri Lanka.
“Day 6 is going to be a steep task. Feeling strong though, maybe the jerseys are inspiring us and also the people of Sri Lanka. Though we are out of the country ,it still feels like home. Its been one grueling ride each day but at the end of the day it is worth it!” says Ashish Sood , riding across the island country along with Vamini Sethi.
